Policies

  • All services are by appointment only. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic all guests must be fully vaccinated to be serviced - no exceptions!
  • New customers must complete a New Customer Phone Consultation PRIOR to scheduling an appointment. No consultation, no appointment! 
  • A clean, properly fitted mask is required is required to enter the studio and receive services. No exceptions. 
  • All appointments must be scheduled on Booksy. We do not schedule appointments over the phone, by text or on social media. 
  •  A valid credit card is required to schedule an appointment. We encourage contactless paymeent methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  •  We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your appointment online to avoid paying any fees.
  •  If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your service, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) fee.
  • E-Gift Card purchases are non-refundable. E-gift cards may not be used as payment for New Custome Phone Consultations.
  •  If you are using an e-gift card and fail to cancel an appointment within 48 hours or no call no show you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  •  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we see fit. 
  •  We are committed to running on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If time permits, you may choose to receive a partial service but you will be charged for the full price of the service. No exceptions. 
  •  When scheduling your appointment, please select all services desired as you may not be able to add-on services at your appointment. 
  •  No refunds will be given for any service. If you have an issue, please contact us via phone or email to discuss in detail so we can determine the best resolution.
  •  No smoking, alcoholic beverages, drugs of any kind or profanity allowed in the studio while being serviced.
  •  Absolutely no children allowed. No exceptions.
  •  Please do not bring additional guests with you who are not being serviced. This is a private studio and space is limited.
  •  Cash and credit card payments are acceptable forms of payment. If you are unable to remit payment for your services at the time they are rendered, the authorities will be notified.
  •  No video recording of any service unless it has been discussed with the owner prior to the service.
  •  A gel manicure can last up to two weeks but is not guaranteed. Your daily lifestyle, profession and home care will ultimately determine the life of the gel manicure. We are not responsible for any service breakdown after 3 days as this is more than likely the result of normal wear and tear, smoking, prescription medications, or a vigorous lifestyle. If your gel manicure chips in 3 days or less, contact us by phone or email during normal business hours and send an image of your chipped nail(s). We will gladly repair the chipped nail(s) for you at no additional cost. 
  •  We understand that sometimes unfortunate circumstances occur that are beyond our control. We will do our best to be understanding and accommodating. However, we will not tolerate anyone who does not comply with our policies
