Christina Monroe

Christina has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 24 years. Christina attended Trident Technical College School of Cosmetology in Moncks Corner, SC in 1995. In 1999, she relocated from South Carolina to Washington, DC and attended Fame School of Nail Design in Hyattsville, MD. She discovered her passion foot care and offers specialized pedicure services, including diabetic nail services.  Customer satisfaction is just as important as providing the service. With an abundance of discount nail salons that offer poor service and do not follow or enforce proper sanitation protocol, Christina takes great pride in providing a unique customer experience.

To ensure her clients receive the best service possible, Christina travels to manufacturer workshops, attends industry trade shows annually, and stays current with the latest industry trends. She is very engaged in the nail community and networks with her peers regularly to stay connected and current with nail news in other parts of the world, including Europe, Asia, and other parts of the United States.

Christina is a Washington, D.C. native. She grew up with a military family and has traveled many places domestically. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Maryland University College in Communication Studies. Prior to pursuing her nail career full-time, she worked as a Conference and Event Manager for the Federal Government. When Christina is not working, she enjoys swimming, scuba diving, traveling and cooking.
